Designs curriculum-based learning experiences and educational resources, including teacher guides, student materials, activities, assessments, rubrics, digital content, and video resources. Translates technical and field knowledge into clear, practical, multilingual-ready materials for school settings. Collaborates with educators and subject experts, supports field testing, and revises content based on feedback while applying instructional design, experiential learning, and competency-based education principles.

Design textbooks, student and teacher handbooks, and learning materials, including layouts, templates, illustrations, icons, diagrams, and infographics. Translate educational content into accessible, age-appropriate visual experiences while maintaining consistent typography, colors, and visual language. Collaborate with curriculum and content teams, prepare print- and digital-ready files, incorporate feedback, and support multilingual materials.

Leads LAHI’s curriculum-linked, multilingual content and knowledge system for school vocational education. Responsibilities include designing content architecture, identifying resource needs, making reuse and adaptation decisions, managing writers and specialists, overseeing translation and localization, establishing quality and editorial standards, maintaining version control and repositories, managing permissions, and converting field learning into reusable educational resources. The role also engages government and academic institutions and uses teacher feedback to improve materials.

Lead ITI transformation across Maharashtra clusters, overseeing planning, field delivery, cluster teams, government coordination, ecosystem partnerships, industry engagement, placements, apprenticeships, data reporting, milestone tracking, and risk management. The role also includes hiring and developing staff, representing the program with government, donors, and central leadership, and refining the implementation playbook based on field learning.

Creates accurate, reusable educational illustrations, diagrams, infographics, process maps, safety visuals, and instructional graphics for print and digital learning resources. Collaborates with writers, instructional designers, and technical experts to align visuals with learning objectives and ensure technical accuracy. Maintains editable assets and visual libraries, adapts designs across languages and formats, and incorporates technical review and user feedback.
