Provide level-2 AWS cloud operations support for the Asset Management business: assess business impact via customer interaction, perform initial troubleshooting and analysis, remediate issues via data manipulation or application tools, and coordinate software/bug fixes with development teams across non-production and production environments.
Primary skills: Must have experience in Supporting AWS Cloud (certification will be added advantage), Kubernetes (certification will be added advantage), Docker, Python, Datadog, Maven, Jenkins and uDeploy.
