Manage end-to-end contract data migrations: discover and locate contracts, extract key metadata, structure parent-child relationships, upload data, run pre/post quality checks, and perform UAT with clients to resolve migration issues.
Summary of Role
We are looking for a Data Migration Specialist to manage and execute the migration of contract data, ensuring accurate document structure, key data extraction, and quality control.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Lead Discovery: Work with clients to locate contract files and identify key metadata.
- Extract & Structure: Pull mandatory details from contracts and organize documents into proper parent-child relationships.
- Upload Data: Perform actual data uploads into systems and complete pre- and post-upload quality checks.
- Test & Troubleshoot: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and resolve any data migration issues.

- Contract Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in contract review and actual data upload tasks.
- Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software, legal project tools, and ticketing systems.
- Legal Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law is preferred.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong written, verbal, and client-facing skills to support clients directly.
