Principal activities (Tasks and responsibilities)
Interact with customer for missing technical data, queries
Study child parts drawings, specs and primary evaluation with customeer Specs/ requirements
Product BOM preparations / Product BOM review, update
TC related acitivities- Structural BOM, Feasibility, product BOM, specs upload
Layout all the requirements in requirement sheet
Child parts drawing, specs download, request from suppliers
Physical verification of Bom components e.g. tube size-insertion feasibility, tape length, end taping feasibility, reliability, repeatability- sprovide correct size & Qty
Inputs for SAP part number & BOM creation
Release drawing, specs, BOM to QA & production
Customer Interaction Authority
Technical Evaluation & Feasibility Authority
BOM Ownership & Control
TC (Team Center) Activity Authority
Supplier Coordination Authority
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering
Work experience:
Automotive: 4-6 Years
Manufacturing: 4-6 Years
