Leads regulatory affairs for bio pesticides, bio fertilisers, and bio stimulants, managing product registrations, dossiers, renewals, compliance, and export registrations. Liaises with Central and State regulatory authorities and oversees international regulatory requirements. The role requires strong technical documentation, stakeholder management, leadership, and 15+ years of agricultural input regulatory experience.

Drive territory sales and business targets for agricultural inputs. Manage dealer and distributor networks, identify new market opportunities, conduct farmer meetings and product demonstrations, promote products, build relationships with dealers and key farmers, and monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs.

Leads the company’s national sales function across India, driving revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, distribution development, product commercialization, and sales strategy execution. Oversees regional and state sales teams, strengthens distributor and key-account relationships, improves commercial governance, and collaborates across marketing, product, supply chain, and finance. Builds leadership capability, succession plans, and high-performing commercial teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
