Own and optimize marketing automation programs using Marketo and SFMC to generate leads, nurture prospects, improve engagement, and accelerate pipeline growth. Build email campaigns, landing pages, drip programs, lifecycle workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, CRM integrations, and performance reports. Ensure subscription and compliance management while continuously improving campaign operations through testing and analytics. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and Technology teams.

Own end-to-end QA for a scrum team across web applications, JavaScript libraries, mobile SDKs, APIs, backend systems, and performance testing. Build automated test suites, QA infrastructure, CI pipelines, and test environments; investigate customer issues, perform client-side debugging and root-cause analysis, manage deployments, and establish testing strategies for AI-powered features.

Lead technical onboarding, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Wingify solutions. Partner with Customer Success Managers and customer development teams on API integrations, custom implementations, browser behavior, JavaScript, cookies, tracking scripts, and client-side issues. Provide technical guidance, architectural recommendations, and best practices while managing multiple customer engagements and supporting long-term product adoption.

Own the activation and onboarding roadmap for Wingify’s Commerce products, taking enterprise customers from signed contract to first measurable value. Lead technical integrations, catalog onboarding, data structuring, configuration, activation KPIs, funnel optimization, and integration reliability. Partner with Engineering, Data, GTM, and customer-facing teams to simplify onboarding through self-service, automation, and AI capabilities such as catalog mapping, natural-language configuration, and proactive troubleshooting.

Lead backend and data-platform architecture while remaining hands-on with Java production code. Design and operate distributed systems for event ingestion, analytical querying, data processing, and low-latency serving. Work with ClickHouse, BigQuery, Bigtable, Kafka, Redis, GCP, and Dataflow to solve scalability, reliability, performance, and data-correctness challenges. Set technical direction, review designs, mentor engineers, and guide platform convergence across Wingify and AB Tasty.

Own a portfolio of strategic partners, driving adoption, enablement, retention, value realization, and relationship health. Develop success plans, coordinate onboarding and training, monitor product usage and risks, lead partner reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve partner autonomy and customer outcomes.

Generate qualified sales opportunities in the ANZ region through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, account research, and personalized communication. Build territory plans with Account Executives, engage decision-makers across email, phone, and LinkedIn, communicate the company’s value proposition, and track activity and pipeline performance in Salesforce and other go-to-market tools.

Build and customize frontend solutions using Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. Debug complex client-side issues, manipulate the DOM, handle events, analyze Fetch/XHR requests, use MutationObservers, and modify live websites safely. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive behavior, performance, and resilience to dynamic updates while collaborating cross-functionally on client scenarios and experiments.
