The IT Operations Engineer will manage AI and Data platforms, ensure operational health, lead incident resolution, and automate tasks while collaborating with engineering teams.

Provide application support to customers: investigate issues, prioritize and escalate bugs, create UATs/workarounds, coordinate with developers, perform installs/upgrades, run release testing, and deliver training and documentation including video guides.

Provide SaaS application support (primarily Adobe Sign/DocuSign) via ServiceNow, manage vendor and integration relationships, maintain runbooks and technical diagrams, lead onboarding and AP integrations, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, support escalations, document resiliency and compliance, and assist with application strategy.
