The Principal Engineer will lead the design and implementation of data protection features for virtualized and containerized environments, focusing on Kubernetes and related technologies, while influencing engineering practices and mentoring peers.

Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions (NLP, computer vision, supervised/unsupervised), integrate them with Commvault APIs and third-party services, implement automation and reporting via scripting/orchestration, support cloud deployments, run stakeholder discovery, deliver customer-facing solutions, and document and hand over implementations.
