Design, develop, and maintain backend Java/Spring Boot services and microservices. Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs, optimize PostgreSQL databases, implement caching, event-driven systems, containerize with Docker, deploy on Kubernetes and cloud platforms, and support CI/CD, monitoring, and code quality. Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps; participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architectural decisions focused on reliability and scalability.

Build and maintain agentic AI platform components: MCP/FastMCP servers, multi-agent workflows, prompt strategies, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, eval pipelines, observability, and CI/CD. Write clean Python, participate in reviews, and support deployments.

First-line technical support for customers across chat/call/email: troubleshoot DNS, domains, hosting, email and CMS issues; follow up, escalate, test products, report bugs, and suggest process improvements. Role works rotational 24/7 shifts.
