Lead architecture, scalability, performance, and technical direction for Salesforce applications and Node.js services. Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 engineers, set goals, conduct one-on-ones, hire talent, and remove blockers. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver reliable, secure, high-quality solutions while improving engineering velocity, deployment processes, developer experience, and platform performance.

Build and govern Flosum’s revenue operations infrastructure across Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong.io. Own forecasting, reporting, data governance, marketing attribution, sales processes, territory and quota planning, compensation design, enablement measurement, GTM routing, partner operations, and unit economics. This executive-facing builder role aligns outbound, inbound, channel, and product-led motions while establishing scalable systems, accurate forecasts, and cross-functional revenue accountability.
