Join Maersk's IGA platform team to develop, support, and improve Identity Governance & Administration solutions. Work in agile scrum teams to implement integrations (Workday, AD/AAD, SAP, Salesforce, REST/SOAP/SCIM), ensure platform uptime, apply DevSecOps practices, and maintain compliance with standards like NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS and GDPR.

Own and drive Maersk's Global Indirect TAX technology platform, managing roadmap and backlog. Translate business and end-user needs into technical specifications, collaborate with engineers on design and solution selection, support data migration and validation, develop and execute test scenarios, resolve test and hyper-care issues, and drive cut-over activities while maintaining stakeholder relationships across Global TAX and finance.

Manage end-to-end daily accounting, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting for terminal entities. Lead small accounting team, ensure process standardization (ATR), drive OneStream reporting and BlackLine reconciliations, analyze variances, support statutory reporting, and partner with terminal and regional finance stakeholders to improve processes and controls.

Own and drive the Indirect Tax technology platform: maintain roadmap and backlog, translate business needs into technical requirements, select solutions, support data migration/validation, develop and execute test scenarios, lead cut-over and hyper-care activities, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable Tax platform solutions.

Owns sales and performance for a small customer portfolio: manages accounts and budgets, pursues and secures business, identifies customer needs, provides solutions, researches territory and competitors, and keeps CRM records up to date. Communicates trends, rate changes and policies to customers.

Lead a Finance Business Partner team delivering commercial and financial insights to optimize revenue, gross profit and EBIT. Drive MPR/QBR/AOP cycles, reporting automation, dashboards, customer-level profitability analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Provide financial analytics, performance management, and decision support for Trades and Ocean Cost. Deliver management reporting, forecasts, ad-hoc analysis, and business-case support. Drive process and reporting improvements, validate freight list updates, coordinate with COE, and communicate insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Lead third‑party cyber risk assessments, report and track findings, advise on supplier onboarding and contractual security controls, build stakeholder relationships, create reports/dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in third‑party security processes.
