Designs, builds, operates, and governs enterprise integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite, PO, SLT, and Data Intelligence. Responsibilities include real-time and batch data replication, integration architecture, PO-to-BTP migration, performance optimization, monitoring, incident resolution, technical debt reduction, documentation, testing, governance, and DevOps automation. The role collaborates with functional teams, data engineers, vendors, and product owners while mentoring junior team members.

Designs, develops, and implements enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. Automates workflows, integrates Microsoft and third-party services, supports API development, and ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Collaborates with stakeholders, gathers requirements, resolves technical issues, guides developers and citizen developers, provides training, and contributes across the software development lifecycle using Agile and DevOps practices.

Own end-to-end QA strategy and execution across mobile, web, SAP, Salesforce and client-server systems. Design and execute manual and automated UI/API tests, regression strategies, integrate with CI/CD, lead QA engineers and vendors, manage defects, and drive continuous improvement and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality releases.
