Manage end-to-end global IT procurement, vendor negotiations, and strategic sourcing. Oversee IT asset lifecycle, inventory, logistics, customs compliance, and software licensing (SPLA, Office 365, cloud). Support procure-to-pay, invoice reconciliation, and cross-functional alignment while driving cost optimization, compliance, and reporting for senior management.

Provide sales administration for sub-1k MRC customers, handle queries (upgrades, billing, ceases), create pricing/quotes/POs, support Account Managers with credit checks/notes and CMD data entry, input large OLO quotes into ONQT, pull Siebel data, activate IONE trials and liaise with cross-functional teams.
