Provide Tier 2 operational support for carrier-level voice and VoIP services in a 24/7 NOC. Monitor networks, diagnose and resolve customer and network faults, manage incidents and trouble tickets, perform SIP and call-flow troubleshooting, coordinate with NOCs, field operations, vendors, and customers, and maintain SLA response standards. Support hosted voice platforms, routers, switches, phone systems, fraud alerts, security incident reporting, and proactive fault resolution.
