Configure and develop Guidewire PolicyCenter rating and product models across multiple lines of business. Implement PC configuration, rating, quoting, integrations, workflows, and administration using Gosu and Java EE. Collaborate with solution and platform architects, work in Agile sprint-based delivery, and guide distributed offshore/onshore teams.

Design, configure, and implement Guidewire BillingCenter solutions using Gosu and BillingCenter configuration (PCF, rules, workflows). Configure billing processes, invoicing, charge patterns, data model, integrations, and support troubleshooting, testing, and deployment across app and database servers.

Design, build, and operate Azure PaaS platforms using Azure App Service, SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, and monitoring tools. Implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Git, manage infrastructure as code (Bicep/Terraform/ARM), enforce cloud security (Managed Identity, private endpoints, RBAC), and support legacy-to-cloud modernization and .NET application hosting. Support monitoring, cost/performance optimization, and iterative Agile platform delivery.
