Provide Level 2/3 support and administration for Genesys Cloud CX environments, design and manage IVR/self-service and voice bots, integrate with Microsoft Teams, configure CTI routing and outbound campaigns, troubleshoot platform/network issues, coordinate with Genesys Care and third-party vendors, maintain documentation, and deliver 24x7 remote production support.
