Seeking a Staff Engineer with over 5.5 years of experience in ServiceNow, responsible for development, integration, and mentoring within a digital product engineering team.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using IBM Integration Designer. Build BPEL processes, mediation flows, and SCA components; translate business requirements into scalable integrations; participate in Agile ceremonies; perform code reviews, testing, deployments, and post-production support; drive automation and mentor junior developers while ensuring quality, performance, and secure integration practices.

Design, develop, and support integration solutions using IBM BPEL, IID, BAW/BPM and ACE/IIB. Build SOAP/REST services, APIs with API Connect and DataPower, implement messaging with IBM MQ and Kafka, participate in modernization (EDA/API-led), troubleshoot and optimize integrations, and support CI/CD and documentation in Agile teams.

Lead and support SAP S/4HANA projects across SD, TM, and BN4L. Gather requirements, design/configure OTC and transportation processes, enable carrier collaboration, ensure integrations (IDoc/API/EDI/CPI/PI-PO), prepare functional specs, execute testing, provide go-live/hypercare and L2/L3 support, and drive continuous improvements and documentation.

Design, configure, implement, and support Siemens Opcenter RD&L solutions. Configure modules (Formulation, Specification, Lab Execution, Quality), translate business requirements into technical designs, perform testing, validation, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and provide functional/technical guidance across the project lifecycle to support digital transformation.
