The Associate Principal Engineer will provide strategic value to the organization through extensive IT expertise and proactive engagement.

Lead configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday HCM modules. Gather and translate business requirements, develop business processes, security and reporting, manage releases and testing, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate across HR/IT/stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants to deliver scalable Workday HCM solutions.

Design, build, and support Workday Financials integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Studio). Configure business processes, security, reports (BIRT), manage content uploads, provide production support, handle ITSM incidents, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement and enhance Workday Financial solutions.

Lead functional design and delivery for Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. Gather requirements, map processes, design configurations, oversee data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, and training. Serve as client-facing subject-matter expert, collaborate with technical/onshore-offshore teams and third-party partners, and ensure successful global project delivery.

Provide L1 functional support for Workday HCM: triage and resolve incidents across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Security, BPs, reporting and inbound EIBs; perform configuration and maintenance; manage support queues and SLAs; collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders; document processes and KB articles; assist testing and deployments; mentor junior staff and escalate complex issues to L2/L3.

Lead technical design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. Translate requirements into scalable architectures, perform hands-on X++ development and extensibility work, manage integrations and CI/CD processes, mentor teams, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot production issues, and manage deployments via LCS while ensuring Microsoft best practices and security.

Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O technical solutions across full project lifecycles. Perform X++ development, data migrations and integrations (DIXF/DMF, OData, REST, SOAP), SSRS reporting, SQL Server optimization, environment/configuration, deployments via ALM/TFS/Azure DevOps, code reviews, performance tuning, and post-go-live support while collaborating with functional teams and producing technical documentation.

Plan and execute Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Assess environments, perform pre-migration cleanup, execute migrations using JCMA/CCMA/cloud tools and APIs, validate data integrity, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and provide post-migration support and optimization.

Administer and configure Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Bitbucket across Cloud and Data Center. Design workflows, screens, schemes, permissions, and field configurations. Implement and troubleshoot Marketplace apps, build automation rules, create dashboards/reports, support migrations, collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams, and produce technical documentation.
