Owns quality assurance for assigned game features, systems, or areas across development, release, and post-launch. Plans and executes risk-based testing, manages defects, validates builds, supports console certification, and contributes to release readiness. The role includes functional, regression, exploratory, compatibility, platform, and play testing, plus collaboration with development, design, production, publishers, and external QA. It also involves mentoring, QA reporting, bug triage, and process improvement.

Create and implement high-quality real-time visual effects for PC and console games, including fire, explosions, smoke, water, weather, dust, destruction, and environmental effects. Optimize particle systems, textures, shaders, and assets for console performance while collaborating with leads, art directors, designers, and UK-based teams. Contribute creatively to the game’s visual style, manage milestones, solve problems independently, and mentor junior VFX artists.

Develop and integrate high-performance graphics features, rendering pipelines, and engine functionality for games across multiple platforms and genres. The role requires hands-on C++ programming, graphics API expertise in DX12 or Vulkan, shader development, 3D mathematics, GPU architecture knowledge, and profiling skills. The programmer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support technically challenging game projects, with console development and automated development methodologies as additional advantages.

Lead Level Designers create, prototype, implement, test, iterate, and polish gameplay spaces across multi-platform games. They collaborate with design, art, code, production, audio, technical design, and external teams to deliver performant levels aligned with game vision, mechanics, narrative, and technical constraints. Lead-level responsibilities include establishing level design standards and workflows, mentoring designers, supporting creative direction, and driving innovation.
