The Product Engineer is responsible for creating and improving new product designs and processes. They lead all phases of product development including modeling prototypes, establishing specifications, and ensuring product performance. Additionally, they collaborate with manufacturing and support teams, conduct feasibility analyses, and recommend product enhancements to optimize operations.

The Product Manager WHS - RCB oversees the product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out, manages the development roadmap, leads new product initiatives, coordinates marketing efforts, and provides market support to enhance growth in market share and margins. Requires collaboration across functions and effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
