Lead and coordinate terminal and rail/inland operations, manage steel billing and stock reporting, resolve customer issues, support project planning, improve efficiency via technology and cross-functional collaboration, and ensure safety and documentation for operational and finance processes.

Own P&L and revenue targets for industrial accounts, drive enterprise sales and large RFP wins, retain key clients, develop vertical growth strategies, manage full sales lifecycle, build CXO relationships, collaborate across BUs to deliver integrated supply chain solutions, lead commercial negotiations, and report on pipeline, margins, and retention metrics.
