Responsibilities include platform configuration, administration, integrations, migrations, release management, data analysis, reporting, governance, content curation, and learner-experience optimization. The role partners with HR, learning, IT, technology teams, and external providers to execute learning technology strategy, implement solutions, and support global projects and ongoing operations.
