Ensure secure authentication, perform data validation/reconciliation, document integration architecture, and support ITGC/audit and access governance.

Lead product strategy for HighLevel Knowledge Bases and Ask AI, defining architecture, ingestion, retrieval, evaluation, permissions, observability, and commercial models.
