Leads the design and development of power supplies, PFC circuits, motor drives, SMPS, inverters, and gate drivers. Defines embedded software architectures, performs circuit simulation and power-loss analysis, and supports schematic, PCB, thermal, EMC, DFM, and DFT activities. Participates in product validation, testing, root-cause analysis, regulatory compliance, and NPD/NPI processes while guiding reliable, efficient, and cost-effective power electronics solutions.

Produces two- to six-layer PCB designs using Cadence Allegro, Altium, and CADSTAR. Performs EMI/EMC and high-speed routing, analog and digital layout, and ensures design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test requirements.

Performs IT risk and compliance activities including user access reviews, SOC report assessments, technology control evaluations, segregation of duties reviews, controls assurance, and audit support. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to identify risks, remediate control gaps, and improve compliance processes. The role also coaches team members, coordinates audit activities, and supports technology transformation initiatives.

Develop and validate 1D, 2D, and 3D HVACR simulation models using FEA and multiphysics methods. Perform structural analyses of compressor components, including static, dynamic, fatigue, vibration, thermal-stress, contact, nonlinear, and vibro-acoustic analyses. Support design decisions through simulation, automation, optimization, verification, and validation. Communicate results and collaborate with global engineering teams to improve performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost.

Design and develop compressor components, assemblies, and mechanical systems from concept through production release. Create CAD models, drawings, specifications, BOMs, and documentation using Siemens NX. Perform engineering calculations, validation, testing, root-cause investigations, and design analysis. Support DFMEA, DFM&A, VAVE, DOE, ECNs, prototype builds, manufacturing collaboration, risk mitigation, cost reduction, and product improvement initiatives while working with global cross-functional engineering teams.

As a Senior Engineer, you will engage in developing and modifying HVAC equipment, manage software and control systems, and ensure safe operations. Strong communication with various stakeholders and decision-making in equipment design is critical.

Supports annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, driver-based financial modeling, variance analysis, and monthly reporting for SG&A and plant manufacturing costs. Collects and validates departmental data, maintains budget templates, prepares cost schedules and trend analyses, evaluates cost-saving initiatives, documents planning processes, and escalates significant variances to plant leadership and FP&A management.

Lead and grow channel sales across India by meeting revenue targets, managing and mentoring the channel team, expanding partner coverage, optimizing channel network and CRM adoption, driving penetration in OEM and contractor segments, and building long-term partner relationships.
