Manage full tender lifecycle, commercial evaluations, contract negotiation (FIDIC/NEC), cost control, and supplier relationships to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective procurement delivery.

Manage end-to-end pre-onboarding and onboarding for India hires: process employment requests, prepare offers and joining docs, coordinate buddies, run follow-ups, maintain HRIS data and reports, support probation and relocation processes.
