Lead advisory for client representation and contract management on large EPC projects. Oversee Primavera P6 scheduling, technical and construction governance, procurement/logistics reviews, progress monitoring and reporting, contract administration (variations, claims, payment certification), risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure technical, commercial, and contractual compliance.

Lead and enforce organizational processes, SOPs and governance across multiple Bangalore project sites. Perform compliance audits, report findings and risks, drive corrective actions, track closures, present to senior management, run trainings, and recommend process improvements to strengthen controls and adherence.

Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders, monitor contractor schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project, consolidate weekly/monthly reports, run schedule and productivity reviews, identify risks/opportunities, advise management on mitigation, and deliver as-built schedule within 30 days after final milestone.

Lead full lifecycle delivery of corporate real estate and workplace refurbishment programs across APAC, managing budgets, schedules, contractors, compliance, procurement, stakeholder reporting, and mentoring project teams.

Lead delivery of data and digital consulting services: define deliverables, engage senior stakeholders, manage small teams, design scalable data pipelines, implement dashboards and analytics, ensure data quality and governance, and drive digital transformation using cloud, BI, and automation tools.

Manage day-to-day contract administration for data centre projects, oversee claims and dispute resolution, maintain documentation and correspondence, advise project teams on contractual risks/opportunities, support reporting, meetings, project closeout, and liaise with legal and stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.
