Oversee end-to-end delivery including document review, risk and cost assessments, regular monitoring reports, procurement/contract strategies, contract drafting and negotiation, client liaison, business development, and internal financial and knowledge management. Focus includes large-scale complex projects and data center delivery.

The Contracts Manager will oversee contract negotiations, change management processes, and correspondences related to construction projects, ensuring timely advice to clients and resolution of claims.

The Admin Executive manages office facilities, travel arrangements, daily operations, and provides administrative support to senior management and HR activities.
