Lead Data Engineer responsible for designing and building Hadoop/Spark data ingestion and transformation pipelines, developing and testing Scala code, productionizing data products, leading a small team (3-5), and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to support analytics and data science use cases.

Develop, enhance, and maintain Python backend services and REST APIs, perform basic-to-moderate UI changes with Angular/React, debug and improve existing code, ensure testing and deployments, and communicate directly with clients to own tasks end-to-end.

Design and own end-to-end solution architectures, translate requirements into technical designs, evaluate technologies, define integrations, guide development and DevOps teams, conduct reviews and POCs, support pre-sales, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Develop, own, and operate backend services in Go; design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices; ensure reliability via monitoring, alerting, and on-call rotations; optimize performance and security; troubleshoot code, infrastructure, and third-party integrations; collaborate in an agile team.
