Own post-purchase customer success for real estate investor buyers. Responsibilities include onboarding, activation, account health scoring, retention and churn management, escalations, refund resolution, customer feedback analysis, reporting, and building playbooks from scratch. The role partners with sales, support, product, engineering, and analytics while directly owning retention metrics and working at least four hours daily with US Eastern Time.

Build and run an outbound cold-calling operation from scratch: hire and train callers and team leads, design dialing and deliverability strategy, set lead qualification standards, monitor performance metrics, integrate dialer/CRM with data and engineering, and provide real-time coaching to scale team to 30–50+ agents.
