Own Certa’s end-to-end product design vision and create intuitive, AI-native experiences for complex enterprise workflows. Lead discovery, research, prototyping, validation, and delivery while establishing trustworthy AI design principles. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams, influence leadership, and build a high-performing design culture through mentoring, critique, and experimentation.

Lead customer-facing technical implementations for Fortune 500 clients. Discover and optimize third-party risk and compliance processes, configure workflows, forms, logic, scoring, approvals, integrations, and data flows in Certa Studio, and debug cross-system issues. Own project governance, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and handoff. Use production LLMs and scripting to build solutions, identify platform limitations, and create reusable templates and accelerators.

Build interactive React interfaces for enterprise users, translate Figma designs into production code, optimize frontend performance, collaborate on APIs, write component tests, and ship end-to-end features. The internship emphasizes accessibility, responsiveness, debugging, thoughtful state management, API integration, routing, validation, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
