Process and reconcile payroll for assigned countries within a GBS/shared services environment. Execute payroll transactions, manage time & attendance, resolve employee inquiries and escalations, support audits and SOX controls, partner with vendors, and drive process improvements while providing excellent stakeholder service.

Design and deploy advanced analytical models and dashboards (Power BI, Celonis) to generate supply-chain insights. Analyze large datasets, define KPIs, partner cross-functionally to build data foundations (SQL, Snowflake, HANA VDMs), lead process mapping and automation initiatives, and drive measurable operational improvements.

Provide daily procurement system support for K-C North America: handle user requests, resolve EDI/ASN and Taulia issues, manage consignment processes, create system table entries, monitor KPIs and reporting (Power BI), apply LEAN for continuous improvement, and escalate technical problems.

Deliver and govern global product master data: create/maintain records, run cleansing and mass updates, enforce data quality and controls, support testing and system implementations, train users, and lead process improvement and automation projects to drive business value.

Design and develop inclusive, accessible learning experiences and eLearning modules. Create storyboards, multimedia assets, job aids, and course materials. Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs, maintain content library, align learning with business goals and measurement frameworks, and continuously improve programs.

Lead cost accounting and variance analysis for supply and operations functions. Own cost/distribution analysis using SAP and Excel, deliver insights, support stakeholders, and drive change across global cross-functional teams.

Provide administrative and operational support for international benefits and wellbeing programs, manage benefits inventory and platforms, coordinate renewals and vendor/financial activities, support share plan administration, maintain communications and content, assist with projects, and serve as a key contact for regional stakeholders and employee enquiries.

Process and ensure accurate, timely invoice and payment handling in SAP; maintain financial controls and compliance; support internal/external stakeholders; troubleshoot discrepancies; and drive continuous improvements within the GBS Finance LAO shared services team.
