Responsible for maintaining the CMDB and updating Configuration Items on a daily basis. Involvement in new service onboarding and collaboration with stakeholders. Manages IT Configuration Management framework, governance, and automation enhancements. Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Power BI reporting. Bachelor's degree required. Mainframe certifications are advantageous.
Design and implement effective analytics solutions, develop Power BI scripts, create data models, and communicate requirements effectively with clients and internal teams.
Maintain a master database of cloud software vendors, manage vendor reporting, track contract renewals, drive supplier spend management strategies, negotiate contracts, establish relationships with stakeholders, and develop continuous improvement programs in the software space.
Fulfill customer service requests for mainframe z/OS customers related to Mainframe DB2 database and related products. Provide primary support for DB2 and related software products, migration services, and reported problems related to DB2 table spaces. Maintain documentation, assist in customer migration, and adhere to ITSM change control procedures.
The senior level capacity planner role includes managing multiple mainframe client accounts, providing KPI metrics, conducting performance analysis, and supporting incident root cause investigation. Responsibilities also involve mentoring and providing technical leadership to other planners within the organization.
