Provides advanced L3 network operations support for client environments, troubleshooting performance and communications issues, designing complex LAN/WAN, security, SDN, and hybrid cloud architectures, and leading network projects and roadmaps. The role manages incidents, changes, problems, capacity, documentation, automation, and process improvements while advising clients and evaluating emerging technologies. It requires deep expertise in Cisco, firewalls, routing protocols, AWS and Azure networking, and hybrid connectivity.

Provide 24x7 on-call support, analyze problems, develop REXX-based automation, integrate BMC/GDPS/Netcool interfaces, and collaborate with global Mainframe engineering and support teams.

Design, optimize, and maintain enterprise mainframe batch workload automation using IBM Workload Scheduler and related tools. Integrate scheduling with z/OS WLM, implement HA and DR setups, modernize interfaces (APIs/Zowe), build monitoring, troubleshoot complex job failures, and advise stakeholders while mentoring team members.

Provide CICS system programming support for mainframe clients. Responsibilities include software administration, problem resolution, customer support, and documentation of issues.
