Provide 24/7 technical and engineering support for ResMed products and Somnoware platform: troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone/email/chat, manage and escalate tickets per SLA, provision accounts and databases, document findings in the knowledge base, and relay product feedback to engineering and product teams.
