Build and maintain AI-powered automation frameworks and developer tools for large-scale distributed systems. Collaborate with engineering and QA to embed LLM-based utilities, optimize SDLC and testing, and research/implement cutting-edge AI solutions to improve Akamai's delivery and edge services.

Lead SRE efforts to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of Compute services. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, define operational requirements, build automation, troubleshoot complex issues, manage identity & access platforms, participate in on-call rotations, and improve observability and incident response tooling.

Provide post-sales technical consulting and integration for Zero Trust solutions: lead deployments, troubleshoot, deliver training, advise customers, collaborate internally, document solutions, and support occasional pre-sales activities.
