Build and maintain full-stack applications, backend services, automations, and internal tools using AI-assisted development. Own solutions from discovery through deployment, collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to architecture, and improve reliability, observability, performance, and security. The role requires autonomous product ownership, cloud infrastructure experience, experimentation frameworks, relational database expertise, and strong engineering practices including code reviews, CI/CD, and automated deployments.

Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen). Conduct keyword research, bidding and budget optimization, A/B tests, and analyze performance to drive high-quality lead generation. Partner with BI, Product, Creative, and Engineering to improve attribution, landing pages, and leverage AI/automation to increase efficiency.

Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Build campaign structures, manage budgets and bidding, run A/B tests, optimize performance and audiences, analyze data with analytics tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale lead-generation initiatives and improve ROAS.
