Lead mechanical design engineer applying FEA and solid mechanics to design, re-rate, and troubleshoot pressure vessels, reactors, piping, and support structures. Provide technical leadership, mentor analysts, develop user subroutines/tools, represent UOP with customers/vendors, and manage multiple projects while ensuring code compliance and fitness-for-service evaluations.

Perform mechanical design to support NPI and new product development: generate 3D models, detailed drawings, packaging and fixture designs, apply GD&T and tolerance analysis, implement ECR/ECOs, work with PDM systems, mentor junior engineers, and ensure quality designs for production.

Execute end-to-end building systems projects including control system design, engineering, graphics, and onsite commissioning for fire, access, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems. Work with integrated front-end systems and SCADA, perform scope reviews, ensure quality/spec compliance, mentor junior engineers, liaise with customers/dealers, drive process improvements, and deliver up to 1850 billable hours annually.
