The Technical Account Manager engages with global system integrators and enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with Percona, communication of support activities, and delivery of technical enablement and training.

Manage and operate customer MongoDB deployments: troubleshoot availability and performance, perform capacity planning, backups and recovery, implement security best practices, tune performance, deliver proactive improvements, collaborate with SRE/platform teams to build automation and monitoring, and participate in on-call follow-the-sun support and scheduled shifts.
