Act as technical advisor, resolve escalations, create documentation and migration/implementation plans, build test environments, and leverage automation/AI to improve delivery and mentor junior engineers.

Validate and automate network designs and software releases in lab environments. Build customer test simulations, execute and script test cases, use Ixia/Spirent traffic tools, raise defects, liaise with development, document results, and deliver customer knowledge transfer.
