As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will design and implement software solutions for networking systems, focusing on protocol integration and optimization while collaborating with agile teams.

Develop and maintain cloud-native, scalable full-stack applications in a telecom environment. Build real-time data pipelines (Kafka, NiFi), implement BPMN workflows (Camunda), work with relational and NoSQL databases, support CI/CD and containerized deployments, integrate with ITSM, and collaborate with global teams across the SDLC and production support.

Execute predefined voice, data, and transport network test cases remotely from India; capture logs and packet traces; perform basic protocol and log analysis; reproduce and validate defects; support regression testing; update test status and reports; coordinate test handovers and execution with onsite teams in New Zealand while following defined processes and quality standards.

Provide L2 operational support for non-production mobile and telecom infrastructure. Support containerized and virtualized platforms, perform environment setup/reset/recovery, monitor health, handle incidents within SLAs, coordinate with onsite testing teams, perform initial RCA, and escalate complex issues to L3.

Execute and validate telecom service tests for Voice, Data, and Transport in lab environments. Perform regression testing, analyze logs/traces/packets, identify defects, prepare reports, and coordinate with onsite New Zealand teams for test handovers and status updates.

The Senior SW Engineer will design cloud-based build tools, provide leadership, mentor juniors, optimize performance, and interface with stakeholders.

The Applied R&D Engineer will lead the architecture and development of Zuul-based CI/CD systems, mentor junior developers, and integrate various tools while driving innovation in gating solutions.

Designs, develops and maintains IT systems and platforms; translates business requirements into implementable solution architectures; ensures alignment with enterprise architecture; leads Ariba SCC/S2P solution and integration design (CIG), ABAP debugging, and complex ECC configurations; supports E2E implementations, cost/benefit analysis, documentation, stakeholder collaboration and solution quality.
