Supports program management and site rollouts by coordinating hardware delivery logistics, subcontractors, demand planning, freight forwarding, and project teams. Maintains documentation, tracks delivery plans against build schedules, prepares status reports and metrics, ensures project data accuracy, and escalates delivery risks and critical issues to project leadership and stakeholders.

Lead embedded Linux software design and implementation for network products (GPON/ONT, WLAN, home gateways). Analyze customer requirements, develop L2/L3 forwarding and networking features, refactor modules, debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Perform target-oriented R&D to apply findings to product design and incremental improvements. Integrate, verify, test, and modify SW/HW/system components for VoIP/IMS/VoLTE products, develop and execute test strategies, use traffic simulation and automation tools, and troubleshoot voice quality, protocols, and interfaces.

Manage and standardize R&D lab infrastructure worldwide: configure, install, maintain lab and network equipment, servers, and cloud resources; enforce cybersecurity and compliance (TL9000, ISO standards); handle tickets/SLA support; manage inventory, procurement, budgeting (Capex/Opex), and drive lab improvements and integrations for SW/HW/system testing.
