Manage post-go-live technical support for Ivalua customers, including request qualification, troubleshooting C#/.NET and SQL issues, query optimization, enhancements, upgrades, configuration, testing, performance tuning, and production support. Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, lead maintenance meetings, support customer acceptance, train customers and partners, and communicate requirements to R&D.
