Support trade lifecycle and settlements operations for custody clients, perform risk controls and error analysis, investigate and resolve exceptions, maintain MIS, implement process improvements, train staff, and coordinate with onshore/offshore partners to meet SLAs.

Lead and manage the India Data Governance and Analytics consultant team; own data governance and data quality frameworks; deliver analytics, custom reporting, automation and modern data solutions; optimize SQL and drive automation across data processes; collaborate with product owners, technology teams and global partners.

Lead design, development, and delivery of cloud-native full-stack applications. Build microservices, REST APIs, and React front-ends on Azure. Drive technical design, CI/CD, performance, security, and mentor engineering teams.

Provide private equity fund administration including fund accounting, investor reporting, transfer agency tasks, reconciliations, QA, migrations/onboarding, system change support, testing, process improvement, and mentoring junior staff.

Provide 24x7 L1 production support for wealth management applications, including incident triage, troubleshooting, application and batch monitoring, smoke testing, job scheduling, SQL-based data updates, alert management, escalation, root-cause analysis, reporting, disaster recovery documentation, and service improvement. The role coordinates with development, infrastructure, business, audit, compliance, and global support teams, with occasional night, weekend, and on-call duties.

Provides high-level technical consultation, designs systems and subsystems, leads systems projects, mentors junior staff, and partners with business units, vendors, and clients. Responsibilities include requirements definition, feasibility analysis, project planning, implementation support, vendor contract review, automation consulting, audit compliance, change control, and data security. Requires strong systems development lifecycle, application development, analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
