Leads enterprise Identity and Access Management across workforce and client environments, overseeing authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, access governance, privileged access integrations, operations, compliance, and modernization. The role manages IAM engineering and support teams, drives strategic initiatives, maintains platform reliability and control effectiveness, supports audits and regulatory readiness, coordinates cross-functional delivery, and develops operational roadmaps. It also includes people leadership, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, risk remediation, and executive reporting.

Own the IAM product portfolio, strategy, modernization roadmap, and automation initiatives across workforce, client, privileged, machine, and AI identities. Define product capabilities, backlogs, metrics, and control requirements while partnering with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, audit, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders. Lead operational management and reliability for enterprise cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks). Own incident/problem/change/capacity management, SLAs/SLOs, automation, disaster recovery, executive reporting, vendor/stakeholder management, and people leadership to ensure secure, scalable, cost-efficient data services supporting analytics and AI/ML.
