Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and MI reports to monitor ITSM processes and service availability. Drive process workflow modelling, knowledge management, automation/AI initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and continual improvement to meet SLAs and quality standards.

Manage and govern the RCSA program for assigned business units, run stakeholder workshops, document risks and controls, escalate and resolve issues with 1LOD/2LOD partners, produce management reporting, and contribute to project timelines and process improvements.

Gather and document requirements, support Agile delivery (Azure DevOps, ADO), maintain dashboards and metrics, manage ITSM processes (ServiceNow/ITIL), and produce reporting, SLAs, and documentation for incident/change management and process improvements.

Lead design, develop, configure, and support enterprise ServiceNow IRM solutions (policy, risk, audit); lead technical delivery, integrations, platform governance, performance, and mentor engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reports; build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations; develop and support ETL processes (SSIS) and reporting (SSRS, SSAS); write and tune SQL and Azure SQL objects; collaborate in Agile teams using Azure DevOps and support testing, deployment, and production data quality.

Define and drive solution architecture for the Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management (COLM) platform. Design end-to-end, scalable, secure integrations and data flows; maintain architecture artifacts; govern via enterprise frameworks; lead cloud (Azure) adoption, DevOps automation, and POCs; partner with stakeholders, engineering leads, and product owners; rationalize capabilities and ensure production stability, observability, and compliance in regulated environments.

Execute ITSM control assessments for Incident, Change, and Problem Management; evaluate control design and operating effectiveness; document findings in ServiceNow/IRM; advise stakeholders on remediation, risk acceptance, or escalation; support audit/RCSA readiness; perform trend analysis and recommend control improvements.

Serve as a Product Owner/Business Analyst on large-scale transformation projects: define scope, elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, support design, development, testing, data migration, and rollout, and lead scrum team oversight and stakeholder management in a global custody/trade settlement environment.
