Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI reporting solutions: semantic models (star schema/tabular), advanced DAX, dynamic KPI visuals, paginated reports, RLS, and Power Platform automations. Integrate and analyze risk data from multiple systems, ensure governance and performance, resolve reporting issues, and evaluate new Fabric/Copilot capabilities for enterprise adoption.

Lead technology risk and control assessments across infrastructure, applications, cloud/SaaS, data, and cybersecurity. Advise technology and cybersecurity leaders, identify control gaps, manage remediation and governance, support audits and regulatory exams, and drive improvements in control maturity.

Lead the Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) program for infrastructure: define strategy, oversee control lifecycle, drive automation and dashboards (Power BI), ensure governance and audit readiness, liaise with Infrastructure/Risk/Compliance/Audit teams, and guide technical implementations and UAT for monitoring solutions.

Provide L1/L2 production support for Xceptor workflows: monitor schedules, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, manage deployments and configuration changes, coordinate with business users, maintain SOPs/knowledge base, participate in on-call rotations, and drive automation and continuous improvement.
