Support implementation of reporting standards across 1LOD and 2LOD, develop and maintain data maps and dictionaries, produce standard and ad-hoc reports (Power BI/Excel), run data quality checks, identify trends in controls and issues, escalate implementation/compliance concerns, and assist thematic analysis and remediation planning across a global control environment.

Partner with pillar owners, change teams, and tooling teams to define, embed, monitor resilience controls, identify dependencies for Important Business/Internal Services, support reporting, compliance, and lead discrete resilience workstreams.

Lead and manage the Infrastructure Pre-Audit Assessment (iPaaT) team to prepare infrastructure teams for internal audits. Conduct current-state assessments, identify gaps, advise on remediation, report status to leadership, and collaborate with global counterparts to schedule and execute assessments while influencing stakeholders to reduce audit risk.

Lead enterprise AI and Cloud risk and control strategy: evolve risk taxonomy and framework, assess AI/cloud risks, define control expectations, ensure regulatory alignment, advise senior technology and risk leaders, assess control effectiveness, drive remediation, and scale governance through playbooks and coaching.

Provide centralized financial and operational oversight for Accounting & Fund Services. Produce executive reporting and dashboards, track financial and FTE targets, manage workforce planning, consolidate forecasts, monitor risk and remediation, support governance forums, and deliver analytics to senior leadership to inform strategy and operational decisions.

Lead strategy and execution of the Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) program across infrastructure domains. Oversee control lifecycle from identification to automation, monitoring, remediation, and retirement. Develop CCM dashboards and metrics, ensure governance and regulatory alignment (SOC, SOX, NIST, FFIEC), engage stakeholders, guide automation requirements, UAT, and data integrations, and identify GenAI opportunities to enhance monitoring and analytics.

Lead PMO activities: gather project updates and risks, monitor portfolio productivity savings and financials, prepare dashboards and analyses using Excel/Power BI/Clarity, communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders, and coordinate global cross-functional teams.
