Design, develop, test, configure, and validate software implementation solutions. Perform functional and sanity testing, root-cause analysis, JIRA ticket triage, and create documentation, FreeMarker templates, shell scripts, and DB queries. Collaborate with implementation consultants, PMs, engineering, and support teams while handling multiple implementation projects and client-facing activities.

Design, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL and ML pipelines (PySpark/Databricks) on cloud platforms; build, deploy, monitor, and improve demand-forecasting/time-series models; collaborate with stakeholders to explain model behavior and deliver forecasting and optimization solutions for retail/CPG use cases.
