Develop, maintain, and support custom PTC Creo toolkit programs and tools to enhance CAD design across Vertiv's product portfolio; provide timely support to global design teams, coordinate with senior engineers, and ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Perform CFD analysis (system and component) using Celsius EC/Reality DC, Ansys Icepak, and Fluent. Create parametric CAD checks, generate meshes, run steady/transient thermal and flow simulations, analyze results, perform sensitivity studies, and produce reports. Recommend design improvements, support global product development, reduce physical testing, and mentor team members.

Develop and maintain firmware (C/C++) for microcontrollers and DSPs on Linux or RTOS. Collaborate with global teams, contribute to requirements and design, update design documents, implement drivers and communication stacks (WiFi, Zigbee, Ethernet), perform code reviews, and recommend quality improvements.

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and Streamlit apps. Perform CAD modeling and detailing using Creo and AutoCAD for new product development, VAVE, and improvement projects. Create 3D models, assemblies, GA drawings, and BOMs; manage large CAD assemblies and modifications. Use PLM tools, follow project management processes, and communicate within a global engineering team. Emphasize sheet-metal domain knowledge and fabrication understanding.

Lead and oversee design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of software applications. Develop or modify program logic, analyze requirements, integrate components, and ensure successful deployment of application improvements, often within Agile projects.

Perform CAD modelling, detailing, GA drawings and BOM generation using Creo and AutoCAD for new product development, VAVE, and improvement projects. Manage large CAD assemblies, apply PLM processes, adhere to project schedules, and communicate progress within a global engineering team.

Develop and test firmware on DSP platforms for large power systems (UPS). Translate product requirements into technical specifications, write and execute test cases, validate firmware with test engineers, collaborate with project and offering teams, create design documents, and act as subject matter expert for UPS controls and monitoring.

Provide global technical support for MCAD applications (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Solid Edge), manage installations, configurations, licensing (FlexLM), troubleshoot performance and integration issues with PDM/PLM systems (Windchill, Oracle Agile), collaborate with vendors and IT, assist with upgrades, create documentation and training, and drive continuous improvement in CAD tools and processes.
