Design and develop sheet-metal parts and assemblies using Creo; produce 3D models, drawings, BOMs and change orders; support NPI, VAVE and improvement projects; coordinate with global teams and participate in customer/internal reviews; provide project estimates and maintain quality and schedule adherence.

Produce drawings, BOMs, fabrication and installation documentation; coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, site teams, QC and commissioning; review supplier deliverables; report to Lead Mechanical Engineer and support project execution across global regions.

Take ownership of Rack PDU product line for India manufacturing: localize electro-mechanical designs, produce BOMs/drawings/work instructions, lead production ramp-up, testing, validation and certification, resolve shop-floor engineering issues, coordinate procurement/quality/supply chain, ensure IEC/UL/CE/BIS compliance, and drive cost-reduction and manufacturability improvements while representing the company onsite.

Perform CFD at system and component levels: build parametric CAD models, generate meshes, run steady/transient flow and thermal simulations, conduct sensitivity analysis, interpret results, recommend design improvements, and prepare clear reports. Work with Creo/Pro-E and various CFD tools.

Design mechanical components and modular enclosures using Autodesk Inventor. Produce sheet metal part and assembly drawings, BOMs, fabrication and installation documentation, and supplier approvals. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, site teams and quality to support production, testing and commissioning.
