Perform advanced radiated/conducted emissions and immunity simulations, correlate with lab data, recommend design fixes (filtering, shielding, grounding, PCB return paths), integrate simulation into PCB and system design, support global certification, build simulation libraries and CoE capabilities, and mentor engineering teams.

Lead a team of test, reliability, and test technicians to plan and execute reliability, safety, and EMI testing for power products. Oversee lab operations, budgeting, equipment calibration and repairs, ISO 17025 maintenance, CMMI Level 5 implementation, resource scheduling, and cross-functional coordination with global partners.

Lead global ERP design, governance and deployments; drive integrations, extensions, and data migration strategies; provide technical leadership on architecture, testing, and scalable solutions while advising on best practices and emerging technologies.

Configure and maintain data quality platforms and controls across MDM domains. Perform data profiling, reconciliation, ETL integrations, and remediation.
