As the General Manager of India, you will drive Tala’s business strategy and growth, manage the P&L, cultivate a leadership team, and act as a key voice within the global leadership team. You will identify opportunities, amplify branding efforts, strengthen partnerships, and foster a high-performance culture.

The Lead SecOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain security solutions for Tala's cloud platforms, focusing on AWS environments. This includes automating security configurations, vulnerability management, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the security posture of the SaaS platform. Responsibilities also include incident response and providing security insights for product development.

The Product Design Manager will lead a team of designers to create intuitive user experiences, utilizing prototyping techniques and research. Responsibilities include coaching designers, developing user-centered design assets, and ensuring best practices while meeting business KPIs and customer needs.
